We have two warehouses in Southern California to stock our bulk purchases. The first was opened in 1983 in Los Angeles and the second is located in Orange County, Southern California. Our workforce consists of Microsoft, Cisco certified technicians who have utilized all of the products we sell so your purchase is supplemented by knowledgeable recommendations from experienced technicians.

What if I need service?

We cover the Southern California area from San Diego to the San Fernando Valley and about 100 miles east of the Pacific Coast. Over forty technicians are mobilized daily to offer assistance in this region. They encompass MicroSoft Network, Exchange, SQL/Access Database, ASP, Cisco Network and Security, Cabling, Website Design, Website Search Engine Optimization, Computer Hardware professionals. Pricing depends on the level of work being performed, the size of your business and the distance a technician needs to travel to your site. We offer no walk-in service due to the warehouse environment we work in. Therefore, you save with our competitive rates.

What does it mean to you?

How do I/you save so much on products?

We are resellers of Dell who receive hot deal discounts based on loss leaders and bulk purchasing rates.

Do I get my products from your company?

All Dell orders are drop shipped directly from Dell or our current Dell inventory will be used to get your order to your door. Products are delivered to you from our warehouse. Out-of-California orders are drop shipped directly from Dell.

Why are there limited items in your shopping cart?

Prices are dynamic meaning their specials vary from day to day. Also, there are hundreds of combinations and permutations of components and accessories that you could buy from manufacturer. There you will find specials or promotions we are running. If you have another, more specialized need, simply go to their site, configure the system you would like, paste their cart in Word and email us the document as an attachment. Why are there time deadlines for quotes?

The constant change in their prices requires our purchasing agents to have products re-quoted so we may provide you with their most up-to-date prices. In addition, some computers and accessories could be discontinued or out of stock. We work in a fast moving industry and availability of goods change overnight. For example: You order a 30GB hard drive in your computer. Major hard drive manufacturers cease production of this drive. Their smallest model become 40GB and the price of the computer goes up based on the manufacturer's markup.

Are your products refurbished?

No, they are not. All of our equipment is NEW and purchased directly from manufacturers.

How are these products covered in case of defect or shipping damage?

Any damages incurred during shipping is directly our responsibility. We will replace your product with one of equal or greater value at no charge. Then, we will re-deliver your product again for free in Southern California. All defective products will be returned to the manufacturer for an exchange. All warranty coverage is through our manufacturers. Computers come with a one-year next business day warranty unless an upgrade is requested. California Computer Sales is not responsible for Dell products unless a warranty plan is purchased directly through us. All other products will be returned to manufacturer for exchange by California Computer Sales. If a product is no longer in production, then you will receive an exchange of equal or greater value.

Software Returns

Software purchased through VisionTech Networks, Inc. and/or California Computer Sales is supported by manufacturer. No returns on opened boxes. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of software if we receive an opened package. At that point, we cannot resell the product. Monies will be refunded in cases where the box and plastic covering the box have not been altered and/or opened by the customer.
